Dee Chartier grew up on the coast of New England. Often getting in trouble for sneaking her mothers polaroid instant film camera. So much so that her mother bought her a 110 pocket film camera for her 10th birthday. It was then, with freedom to photograph what she wanted, she fell in love with photographing mailboxes and street images.

In 1995, these two photo enthusiasts met in Tacoma , WA and married a year later. They continued to grow their love of imagery as their family grew. After seeing the images of their own family, others would request that theirs be photographed as well.

2008 was the year they finally said "I DO" to being in the portrait photography business. They still listen to each client's wants/needs and create pieces that are perfect and unique to each one. They still take classes to hone their skills, but it is the passion for beautiful artwork that drives not only them, but their family.
